It’s Back To Bears Day at Gore Hill on Saturday, and we welcome back some of our great past players. On the field, top spot is on the line as we take on UNSW-ES.

The canteen and barbeque in the clubhouse will be open all day with a range of hot and cold food, snacks and drinks. All proceeds to the club.

Sydney area : Partly cloudy. Isolated showers in the east, more frequent along the coastal fringe. The chance of showers in the west. Winds west to southwesterly 20 to 35 km/h increasing to gusty southerly 45 to 65 km/h in the late morning then tending south to southwesterly 25 to 40 km/h in the evening.
Our Opponents
It’s our only clash against UNSW-ES during the home and away season, but it’s a crunch game. Our win last week in Premier Division saw the Bombers go to top of the ladder; but with the Bulldogs only a small percentage gap behind, top spot is on the line. It could also be potentially an important psychological blow in the leadup to the finals, with every chance we may meet the Bulldogs again during the business end of the season.
Div 1, Div 4 and the Under 18s will also be looking to knock off UNSW-ES to stay in the finals race.
After the Game
All players, officials and supporters are invited to the clubhouse after the game for a short post-match. Coach Jon Hayres will share his thoughts on the day’s action, and the best on ground in each of our games will be named. It’s a short event, so there’s plenty of time for those who are planning to go to the Swans v Collingwood game to get there.

North Shore Raffle
The North Shore Raffle is closing soon.
The prize is two tickets to the AFL Grand Final, plus travel and accommodation. Tickets are $2 each, and will be on sale at the game or through the club.

Winner will be drawn at the last home & away game of the season on 25th August.
