BASIL RESERVE UPDATE

Following receipt of numerous complaints about the standard of Basil Reserve throughout the season, we are pleased to advise Council has confirmed it will be installing sub-soil drainage at Basil Reserve in the 2nd half of 2013.

ln the interim & until a longer term solution (including the potential installation of synthetic surfaces at key sites to accommodate the increasing demand for junior training), Council officers will shortly determine a variety of remediation works to improve the drainage for next winter season and prior to the installation of sub-soil drainage.
