The Saturday kicked off at 11.00 with the Under 18 div 1 cup side up against the Puma's.
This group continues to perform playing great team football and again ran out comfortable winners on the day, playing good hard skillful football.
It’s great to know that the program has seen 12 players from this group play at all levels the Magpies compete at including the NEAFL.
I know at times the 18’s need to ensure the seniors and reserves are ok and this sometimes put pressure on the 18 's numbers but again the group continues to perform and I am sure they are looking to playing the top of the table clash with Maroochydore next week.
The reserves again had the depth tested and with the assistance of the under 18’s performed well and ran out winners against Springwood. I know the coach was happy to have the win on the board and is looking to see everyone on the track as we build for the finals. Great win guys.
The seniors took the field with some big names coming back from injury, needing get some run and touch as we build for the finals. It was a game that produced a comfortable win with the boys playing well.
In short 3 out 3 is a good result and with two games to go before finals it’s great to be winning.
