Rising Star Nomination - Jack Davis

The Round 13 AFL Sydney Rising Star Nominee is North Shore youngster, Jack Davis.

Davis is in his first year at Bomberland after moving to the club from St Ignatius, Riverview, where he led the schools Under 18’s team to the Under 18’s Premier Division title last year.

The eighteen year old was playing just his fifth game on Saturday after regularly playing for the Sydney Swans Reserves as a top up player this year.

Playing across half back Davis was instrumental in setting up many attacking forays for his side with his running through the lines and good disposal.

With the club in a strong position to play finals, Davis will be important player on the expanses of Blacktown come September.
