EMJFC STRATEGIC PLAN | 2012-2014

Fellow Knights

Trust you all got to enjoy the mid-season break, or at least some of it.

Thought it was a good time in our calendar to share with you all more detail about the focus of our work as a Committee. The best way to explain all the bits and how they fit together is our 2012-2014 Strategic Plan (copy attached).

From a Committee perspective, our aim has been to highlight the things we believe are important to us as a Club and all our members. We would encourage you all to take the time to become familiar with it; we would also welcome any feedback you have by return email at president@eastmalvernknights.com.au. Our plan is to review/update the plan again at the end of the season (so your comments will be considered in that context) and do a formal launch at the start of Season 2013.
