Cannon named AFL NAB Rising Star

Congratulations to former Calder Cannon Jake Carlisle from the Essendon Football Club who was named AFL NAB Rising Star for Round 9.

Jake was drafted from the Calder Cannons with pick number 24 in the 2009 AFL National Draft. He has since gone on to make his debut in 2010 and played a total of 17 games for the Bombers.

We wish Jake the best for the rest of season 2012 and beyond.
