The SMJFL’s Under 14 and 15 interleague teams were announced last night.

The Sandringham Dragons TAC Cup club – the SMJFL’s development partner – has been working with the boys since early March this year.
The SMJFL thanks the Dragons for all their hard work, particularly Steve Walton, Mick Roberts and their support teams.
The Under 14 squad looks to be a particularly strong group in 2012, while the Under 15s should also be very competitive.
The older group has a hard act to follow, after last year’s Under 15 Division 1 team won the SMJFL’s first-ever AFL Victoria Metropolitan Junior Championships title.
The SMJFL encourages all parents, supporters and club officials to attend the interleague jumper presentation night on Monday, May 21 at Moorleigh Reserve, Bignell Road, East Bentleigh.
The Under 14 presentations will commence at 6.15pm, with the Under 15 presentations at 7.15pm.
Round 1 of the 2012 AFL Victoria Metropolitan Junior Championships kicks off on Wednesday, May 30 for both the Under 14 and 15 competitions (Divisions 1 and 2).
Make sure to take note of all important dates and most importantly, get along and support our boys.
