Zak Williams is a born leader who generally rotates his time between FF, CHF and CHB although has played his three matches to date with Panton Hill mostly deep in the forward line. He is a strong marking player who takes no prisoners as he crashes packs at will. This has helped him pave the way for Joffa Byron and Brendan O'Connor to gain more of the footy and despite kicking only 6 goals to date has been a vital cog in the potent Redbacks forward line set-up.
Zak started his football career with Clunes in the Bendigo football league, before playing with Simon Amore at Old Trinity and then making his way to Heidelberg where he has been a senior player and in recent times, captain of the 2nd’s. His career games tally has included well over 100 goals across more than 150 senior and reserves games which no doubt he'll substantially add to at The Hills.
Welcome to the club Zak, and thanks to Hydrotherm for the sponsorship.
