MCDFNL Memo
I am pleased to confirm that the MCDFNL in partnership with our new partner “Hard On Sport Memorabilia” and their representative Greg Wheelahan, will host a “Trivia Night” in the the 2012 season to assist with the funding of De-Fibrillator Units for each MCDFNL Club & venue.
Aside from helping with the fundraising for such an important project, the night will provide a fantastic source of income for the winning club, with $2,000 to the winning Club and $500 to the Runner Up. In addition, we expect it will be a fun & entertaining night out, and help build camaraderie and good relations between the Clubs.
Date: Wednesday 16th May 2012
Venue: Maryborough Highland Society
Times: 7.00pm to 9.30/10pm
Format:
- Ran by Greg Wheelahan
- Trivia will have a sport/entertainment focus
- Allowing for 28 tables with 8 - 10 per table
- $20 per person - Supper for each table included
Prizes:
- $2,000 for winning Club
- $500 Runner UpWe ask all Clubs to book 2 tables (1 for your netballers & 1 for your footballers, along with club officials) and to get along and support what should be a great night out. Club officials, players, supporters and sponsors are all very welcome !
