A moving ANZAC day
Thankyou to everyone who came to the ANZAC day service. Over 60 Pumas turned up to the springwood ANZAC day service dressed in the gold and blue. It was fantastic to see and well done to the boys and girls who did the club proud with their outstanding respect during the service.

Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon – Wash out
Unfortunately the TRYathlon didn't proceed this weekend. Thankyou to all who did all of the hardwork of organising this event and to those who volunteered on the day. Let's hope next year the weather is kinder!
Pumas donate to TRIBE OF JUDAH MOTORCYCLE MINISTRIES to help feed those in need in Logan
"Brisbane is the National Headquarters for Tribe of Judah Motorcycle Ministries Australia. Along with establishing Queenslands biggest Food Care Service, giving away over 5,000 (80 tonnes) free meals on a weekly basis, TOJ Brisbane also has a streetvan ministry, which goes out into the streets of Woodridge in Logan City, sharing the love of Jesus with passers by. TOJ Brisbane's Care Services also feed Ronald McDonald Houses, www.rmh.org.au/ supplying these fantastic charities with much needed food donations. On another front, Tribe of Judah Brisbane has built strong relationships with outlaw biker clubs within the city, paving a way to glorify the name of Jesus in all walks of life."
We donated breadrolls and other items that we had due to the cancellation of the TRyathlon.
Mouth Gaurds at Training
A reminder to everyone - please wear your mouthgaurds at training. We've had a couple of chipped teeth already this season. The pain and expense could have been avoided if mouth gaurds were worn.

$10,000 draw - 201 tickets sold for $100 each. Your chance to win $10K on the day in July.
Sportsman’s Evening – see some of the greats – past celebs have been – Phil Carman, Peter ‘Spider’ Everett, Jason Akermanis, Brendon Fevola. Full sit down meal, drinks celeb speakers, MC and Auction.
Trivia night – last year we had the best of 80s, 90s, and the Naughties in a mad capped retro dress up night of fun and frivolity. Don’t miss it – it is great value and a way to meet other parents in your team and club.
Junior Disco – our kids can really let their hair down and boogie away on this junior disco. Our very own DJ from Paul Simpson’s DJ is a master DJ on the school disco scene. He brings to our club in big style and our kids have a blast.
X-athon – we’ll be having a Sponsored Junior X-aton which will involve kicking, running and handballing to get our skills up for sponsorship. There’ll be prizes for the highest fund raiser and many other categories.
