Looking for someone to perform team manager role to complete administrative and support arrangements on games days ensure coaches and players can focus on the game.
- Ensure other support staff has been appointed and are in attendance as required.
- Complete ground inspection with opposition team manager - sign JTL Sport match day checklist.
- Ensure players are equipped with shorts, socks and jumpers
- Submit team sheet and ground Inspection report to umpires
- Update scores on Sportingpulse after each quarter (home games)
- Collection of vote cards and goal scorers.
- Submission of detailed results on Sportingpulse

East Malvern Football Club (Seniors) seeking Chairman of Selectors for 2012
As chairman you will determine the selection procedures which will ensure an effective selection process ensuring that club policies are followed with regard to selection.
- Facilitate and chair match selection meetings
- Observe training sessions and all matches
- Follow up absent players who have not been excused from training
- Assist Senior and Reserve Coaches on match days
- Liaise with Football Manager and Coaches in assessing recruiting needs
- Keep track of player welfare issues. i.e. employment, housing and health
- Ensure player group is aware of club commitments and functions
- Players adhere to uniform requirements, match day and club functions
- Ensure new players and staff are welcomed to the club and introduced to the player group and other staff
- At all times support and reflect the club/team brand/image
