The Inner Southern Region are now taking applications for the 2012 Level 1 Junior & Youth Coaching Courses. Please note that we are conducting separate courses for the junior & youth categories with the Youth course commencing on Sunday March 4 and concluding on Wednesday March21 & the Junior course commencing on Sunday April 1 and concluding on Wednesday May 2.
All coaches must be accredited to coach in 2012.
The 2 day course dates are:
Youth Course (Under 13s – Under 18s) Sunday March 4 (9.30am – 3.30pm) concluding on Wednesday March 21 (6.30pm – 9.30pm)
Junior Course (Under 9s – Under 12s) Sunday April 1 (9.30am – 3.30pm) concluding on Wednesday May 2 (6.30pm – 10pm)
Course Venue: Mentone Grammar School, Como Parade West, Mentone, Mel – 87A7
Both sessions of the course category must be attended to obtain the accreditation.
The cost of the Level 1 coaches course for 2012 is $180 and will include the following :
- AFL Victoria Coaching Manuals/Handouts
- E- Newsletter
- Coaches Education Seminars
- 4 years ISRAFCA Membership
- 4 years Coaches Accreditation
- Magnetic Coaches Board with player tags
Payment is only possible via cheque or money order and must be made out to "AFCA – Inner Southern Region". All payments must be made prior to the commencement of the course.

- All forms and money must be received 7 days prior to the course starting date
