Download below the 2012 U18 Summer Training Booklet, Diary and Programs which will be handed out and explained on the last night of training.
All players need to follow and complete this program over the Christmas break.
PLEASE NOTE: There is one book for top age players, and one for bottom age players, as well as the strength
programs being age specific.
Please ensure that you follow the correct programs for your age group - named accordingly.
