Pre-season training started for all players on Monday 14 November and the numbers that attended the first session was very encouraging.
Training details are as follows:
- Mondays 6pm football club
- Tuesdays 6pm 100 steps
- Thursdays 6pm football club
Players are advised to prepare for the conditions (if hot be well hydrated) and bring the following to each session (this is your responsibility):
- Water Bottles;
- Runners and boots;
- Hat;
- Sun screen;
- Football;
- Towels;
- Attitude and work ethic.
A training calendar will be provided to players when they attend pre-season training.
