THE Nor-West Dream Team romped to another big win in the Blacktown AFL 9s competition, cruising home by 73 points over the Ozkickers, 15.3 93 to 3.2 20.
With the fallout from some of the boys coming back a little worse for wear after an epic footy trip (Mick 'Sunny' Gray and Stuart 'Stibbo' Tibben, and Peter 'Pekay' Kyle pulling out before the game, the Jets could have had an excuse for taking their foot off the pedal, but that was not to be the case.
It was simply a stunning effort as the Dream Team kept the Ozkickers scoreless in the first half to end the contest early.
It was a great team effort by everyone with Team Cass leading the way, Josh 'Bondi' Cass cutting loose and breaking lines in the centre and younger brother Jesse 'Coogee' Cass running amok in the forward line, dobbing goals from all angles.
Great leadership was shown from the usual suspects in Owen 'Dildo' Butcher and Josh 'Howie' Howe, while senior regulars Grant 'HasselHoff' Hoffman, Stibbo and James 'Spesh' Moynihan also ran hard and caused headaches all night.
The team also enjoyed solid contributions from Les Cass and Nick Edwards.
With just three games remaining, the build up to the big one against the Legends on December 1 is coming to a head.
The Legends also looking ominous, recording their second big win in the trot, and it is shaping up as the game not to be missed.
