Finals footy is here! It’s the time of year that any footy fan looks forward to; and North Shore is there. Our Under 18s play on Saturday and our Seniors on Sunday.

Match Previews
For both our seniors and our under 18s, we’ll be renewing our rivalry with Pennant Hills.
Our seniors finished fourth after the home and away season, coming home strongly with wins in their last two games. We split our meetings against the Demons this year, with the Bombers taking the points at Mike Kenny Oval before the Demons reversed the result at Gore Hill. Pennant Hills knocked the Bombers off in the elimination final last year; so it’s time to turn the tables and right the wrong from last year.
It’s been a challenging time for the under 18s, with a string of injuries and constant changes to the team lineup having an impact. But the Bombers have fought hard against the odds this year to finish in the top three. The Demons won the only clash between the two sides during the regular season, with two attempts to play at Mike Kenny Oval being washed out. But with the finals on us, a strong team has been named; and our under 18s are ready for what’s sure to be an absorbing match.
One thing that will help get our teams over the line in this weekend’s finals is vocal support. It’s time for North Shore supporters to stand up and be counted. We need you on both days, wearing your black and red, and making plenty of noise. Go Bombers!!!!
Don’t Forget the Raffle
North Shore have been given the raffle for this weekend, a chance to raise funds for the club. Our sponsor Bridgeview Hotel have put up a prize of two tickets to the AFL Grand Final, plus travel and accommodation. It’s a sensational prize, so make sure you pick up plenty of tickets and increase your chance of being there for footy’s biggest day.

Online & Media Coverage
Score updates from both games will be posted on the North Shore website as they happen. After each game, detailed scorecards will be uploaded to the Fixtures/Results tab on the website, and photo galleries will also be uploaded.
Highlights of the Premier Division match will be shown on Fox Sports Plus (channel 518) at 6:30pm next Friday evening.
