2011 AFL State Volunteer of the Year Recognition Program

The AFL, in conjunction with AFL Victoria is once again conducting a Volunteer of the Year Recognition Program in 2011.

Each club, league or association has the opportunity to submit the name of a volunteer they believe deserves recognition for their contribution to Australian Football.

The State winner will receive two tickets to the AFL Official Function at the 2011 Toyota AFL Grand Final, be invited to take part in the AFL Grand Final Parade, receive 3 nights’ accommodation for two people at Sofitel Melbourne in the lead up to the 2011 Toyota AFL Grand Final, and they and their partner will be invited to attend the official function at this year’s VFL Grand Final on Sunday 25^th September at Etihad Stadium.

Nominations close on 2^nd September 2011.

Nominations can be made through the AFL Community Club website via http://aflcommunityclub.com.au/index.php?id=293
