Festival of Nations

Dear Western Sydney clubs,

With International Cup officially launching in Sydney this Friday, games will commence with the men’s seeding rounds at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday 13^th August.

With all 18 men’s teams participating, this is a “Festival of Nations” and we would love to have as many people as possible attend. Obviously football is happening on Saturday but if you get the chance to drop into Blacktown at all it will be a great day.

What will the “Festival of Nations” day include:

9.30am - 10.30am – AFL Skills clinic on the field for kids

10.00am - 3.00pm – Fan Zone and Food Stalls to provide great entertainment

11.00am – final game commencing at 7.00pm – games on Oval 1 and 2

The Fan Zone and Food Stalls includes:

Marquees with the GWS Giants and Sydney Swans including membership opportunities, merchandise, Cyggy the Swan (appearances from 11.30-2.30), handball target, specky inflatable and plenty of giveaways

International Cup merchandise

Face painters and balloon artists

Jumping castle

Big Kick and Specky Inflatables

BBQ

Food stalls for everyone’s tastes – coffee, snow cones, ice creams, fairy floss, Thai, French crepes and more....
