Please be advised that the St Clair Junior Australian Football Club Incorporated, will conduct its 2011 Annual General Meeting on,
Monday 19th September 2011
The Pavilion
Cook Park cnr Wilson St & Pages Rd
ST MARYS
Commencing 7.30pm
The meeting will include
Presentation of the 12th Annual Reports and Financial Statements.
Election of Office Bearers for the 2012 Committee.
Nominations are now being accepted for the following positions

- · Vice President Operations
- · Coaching Coordinator
- · Auskick Coordinator
- · Registrar
- · Secretary – Minutes
- · Canteen Coordinator
- · Properties Officer
- · Website & Newsletter Coordinator
- · Ground Manager – Match Day
- · General Committee (Min 3)
Nominations can be made on the nomination form attached or by downloading nomination form from our website. Nominations can be mailed to the VP Operations P.O. Box 121 St Clair 2759, faxed to 02 9834 4776, or emailed to jdimond@bigpond.com. Nominations for the first 5 Executive positions should be made prior to the 12th September 2011. All other positions can be nominated prior to the meeting or from the floor on the 19th September 2011.
All Parents and Players are welcome to attend the AGM as detailed above. This is YOUR Club, the success of it in the future will be determined by all the members and their families and how involved you become.
