The Bears are getting to the business end of the season and there is a great buzz and sense of belief amongst the playing group and coaches to end the year well.
The 18s wrapped up first place in the Northern Conference of the 18s competition and have gone through the season with a great record. From about October last year Coach John Baldwin has put in a great deal of effort to build this group of young men into a formiddable team. They now have a weeks rest as the rest of the top 5 battle it out next week.
The Reserves have a big week expected of them on the training track by Coach James Dobson as they settle for the last round of the competition away at Kedron. The only thing between the Reserves and finals footy is a healthy percentage.
The Seniors have put together a month of football that was topped with a gutsy win over Caloundra on the weekend. A similar healthy percentage can definitely see Kenmore playing finals footy in every side showing how far the club has come in 2011.
