The Tweed Coast Tigers gave up their only home game for the next month after being invited to play under lights at Coolangtta's big day of football involving Jason Akermanis on Saturday.
The Tigers did this in good spirits in support of the Cooly Club and AFL in the area and were pumped for the big game in front of what was a massive crowd.
Only problem was Cooly didn't have the numbers and forfeited 20 mins before the scheduled start of the game!
This was a major disapointment for the Tigers who had a large group of family, friends and supporters who travelled to Cooly.
Tigers now look to next Saturday when they travel to Bangalow to take on the Magpies.
