Great news and as mentioned this is a great opportunity for the club on all accounts.
The process is easy:
· Close to date we will contact all clubs to confirm numbers of Auskickers(4,5 and 6 year olds) and also U8 teams
· Once numbers are confirmed we will compose a draw for U8's and a skill focused station set up for Auskickers
· The day is flexible in time but generally will run from 8:30 - 9:45 depending on next game
· U8's will rotate and play different teams in roughly 4 x 10 minute intervals.
· I will make sure AFL assist with running of the day in terms of equipment and the skill stations for younger children but as per any normal round club coaches will umpire games and encourage children

I would like to offer the Auskick gala day to your club to host for round 8. Meaning all club Auskickers and U8's travel to Bensons lane to play at the gala day format. We from the AFL will provide support where needed but this is a great opportunity for your club and because of some pleasing efforts as of late I thought this is some what of a great reward.
You have a busy day in terms of games that day so we would kick of at 8:30am and this is for round 8 June 4th.
Let me know guys so I cant factor in on the draw asap.
