Pre Season Training Starts Tuesday

Can you believe it? 2011 has come around and now its time for the boys to hit the track every Tuesday and Thursday to build a base for a successful 2011 season.

You can bet Sandgate will be looking to go one better and Palmy never sit idle in the recruiting season, whilst Western Magpies return with fire in their belly after two unsuccessful years in the State League Comp.

Tuesday January 11 it all kicks off again so get there boys as we are sure that you now know that the prize for the hard work is definitely worth it!
