Cubby Isles with his great work ethic, high pain threshold and prolific ball winning ability, took home the 2010 Club Champion Award with a clear win ahead of James Brain and Brendan Page in a most popular win with the Tiger faithful.
In the Reserves it was a big win by Josh Reichman from Andrew Stewart.
In volunteer awards, Michelle Brain and several of her hard working kids were recognised for their contributions as were David Woods and Kym Hendrie for their outstanding contributions to the club.
For me it was great just to observe the boys greet each other like brothers as they turned up for the day, in an obvious benefit from the big match and week they shared together, as well as continually reinforce that the flag and Premiership Medals were what it is really about.
Nothing away from Cubby though is a fantastic bloke who we all love and we offer him a big CONGRATS.
Whilst they weren't really thanked on the day, I would like to finish off by recognising all those people like Doug, Ecky, Dave McKenzie, Steve Smith, Willie Pickett and others who when some have spent a Saturday afternoon in Noosa, these guys are driving back from the Goldy at 7 O'Clock at night having worked all day to help the boys take the points. Unsung heroes boys - thanks
