Hey these Premierships are Worth the Wait aren't they!
The minutes and hours after our Tigers secured a history making Premiership in a classic Grand Final were Gold and it was great just to sit at Hickey Park and see the boys just let it all sink in.
Every player has a great story to tell, from an older Lucas Matthews winning his first Premiership medal, to big Pagey who played in 4 winning games in the last 2 seasons before coming to Noosa
To Nathan Spring who on Thursday night thought he wouldnt even be on the field, to Cubby whose gut running was a big part of the season's success along with his good mate Adam Eady who as a defender has made a sensational CHF.
To Luke Brauer who had the agony of missing the Second Semi, a League Medal only to take home 2 Medals on Saturday and his cousin Jason Boydle who enjoys his second flag in 2 years.
And how about Zac Smith, Gary Wallace, Brett Duke and Pete Trompf who have lived and breathed our Club for more years than most.
The skipper Adam Bovalino doesnt do too bad either does he? on and off the field and now a Premiership Captain.
Young guns Aaron Laskey and Todd Panoho now have a Premiership Medal at 17 and 19 years of age - not bad eh?
Jimmy Brain has certainly made an impact at Noosa and played a big role in our success and Chris Burke has a flag after selection worries late in the season
And our Echuca boys Rabbs, Neck and Jezza get a flag and played on a glorious Queensland day, not underwater and freezing
And Jay Reynolds - what can you say about a bloke who has lost 79 Grand Finals in Frankston and who has put more and more pressure on himself with each outing - and didnt he put in a big one!
Brooksy Durdin turned it on in the big one and the bloke who never shuts up is a Premiership player.
And Wints pops back from a holiday in Lorne to get some more ink (a tiger 2010) on that artistic rig of his.
And how about the coach Fletch who has stuck to his task, recruited diligently and pushed his troops all the way!
And lets not forget the backup people who have been with the boys for all 21 games when (on the Goldy) its a pretty small contingent and who carry drinks, or tend to wounds or deliver the messages.
And also a big tick for the many administrators and committees (this year and in year's past) that see our great club with the resources and facilities to make flags possible.
I'm a bit slow today so apologies to anyone I've forgotten but well done everyone
