The seniors will face off against early season flag favourites Sandgate at Lemke Rd with the victor to meet Noosa at Weyba Rd the following week for a shot in the grand final.
The Roos have had a taste a finals footy over the past couple of weeks with clashes against reigning Premiers (Palm Beach) and flag fanices Noosa to round out the season. And while they may have dropped both games, it's not all doom and gloom with with the boys showing they can match it and are not just here to make up the numbers. It's has given the them a nice 'heads up' of whats headed their way from now on in after a some lesser-like opponents in the previous rounds.
As for the Roos opponent. Sandgate look to have put a horror run of injuries behind them and seem to have found some of that form that saw them win the first 8 games on the trot earlier in the season. So, despite the Roos taking honours in both vlashes this season, expect a fired up Sandgate to come to the party.
The reserves also play at Sandgate with a match-up against the dangerous Surfers Paradise. The two have had an up and down season with very lean patch in the middle. But barring lapse last weekend have finished off the fixture very well and look to be in some good form.
Would be great to get as many supporters down to Sandgate as possible so they can help cheer the boys home.
