Our Tigers played their best half of football for the season to lead 11.6 to 0.2 at the main break over Sandgate and with JR kicking 4, Brett Duke 3 and Rabbit (goal celbration specialist), Wally and Jimmy Brain each kicking 2, went on to a comfortable win.
The first 10 minutes was like watching a boxer on the ropes as Sandgate defended it's back half with a short possession game as Noosa continually pressured to find the cracks between their gloves.
Ultimately, the pressure at the contest, opponent and just high possession rate eventually cracked the vistors and our Tiges added 6 majors in the first quarter, 5 in the second and Sandgate failed to raise the two fingers of (Dukey's favorite) the goal umpire.
Many good efforts so best not to pick out individuals but welcome to Jezza Kennaugh in his first match
Noosa 6.2 11.6 14.11 16.12 (108)
Sandgate 0.1 0.2 2.8 5.13 (43)

A great second quarter set up the win with our boys adding 6 goals to 3 which set up the win. Big Steve Simpson was dominant at the stoppages and Josh Reichman, Roo, Pezz and most of our boys were just in and at it

Noosa 4.1 10.2 11.4 11.8 (74)
