Another exciting round of football is ahead of us. This week sees the Bombers return home to Gore Hill to take on East Coast Eagles.
This weekend is Back to Bears day, when the club acknowledges the history, tradition and contribution of past players to the North Shore Football Club. The senior team will wear replica Bears jumpers.
The Matches
All three grades are at home at Gore Hill Oval on Saturday. The program for the day is:
10:30am – Under 18s Premier Cup v East Coast Eagles
12:30pm – First Division v East Coast Eagles
2:30pm – Premier Division v East Coast Eagles
Gore Hill will also host a Third Division game between Manly-Warringah and East Coast Eagles from 8:30am.
Our canteen and BBQ will be operating all day, with a selection of hot food, snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to quench your hunger and thirst. All proceeds to the club.
BOM has forecast a few showers for game day; so come early to bag a spot under cover, or bring an umbrella if you’re going on the hill.

Our Opponents
It will be a test for our teams, taking on the defending champions; and top spot will be on the line. Our Premier Division team remains top of the ladder on percentage, but the Eagles are a game behind and their percentage is better, so a win is needed to stay top.
The Eagles will be looking to bounce back after they lost to Campbelltown last week. But our team is also keen to bounce back after finishing with a wet sail against Wests last week but falling just short. The match has all the makings of a classic, so get down to Gore Hill and support the players.
After the Game
After the game, a short presentation will be held in the clubhouse. The best players in each game will be named. The presentation should finish about 5:15pm.
Online Coverage
Score updates will be posted on the North Shore website during the course of the day. After the game, photos and detailed scoreboards will also be available online.
