A GRADE
The Hillies were on a mission to make sure that they played the game out to its entirety and to continue pushing themselves right til the end. The defensive end teamed well with consistent defensive pressure, centre court provided drive and the ball moved freely from the defence end to the attackers, and Wal and ‘birthday girl’ Dan moved well and shot well to give the Hillies girls another convincing win.

A RESERVE
The A. Res girls got away to a good start with a new defensive combination that blended well making up a tough defensive end. With the strong drives from the mid court and accuracy of the goalers we were able to break away in the first quarter and maintain the lead for the game. Well done girls

B GRADE
Given some player changes, illness and other commitments the girls confidently took the court with a new goaling combination. It turned out to be a physical game for the girls, who were able to take the 4 points convincingly. Congratulations to Rindy for playing an ‘amazing’ game for her 200th
C GRADE
Another tough game saw the c graders take on Elmore. The girls adjusted well to all changes made but unfortunately couldn’t peg back the margin the bloods had built.

Fantastic team effort by all 9 girls! Great pressure all the way down the court, excellent drives through the midcourt and accurate goaling. Was great to watch and see everyone really work hard to come away with a good win. Great work girls, you should be all proud of the way you all played, awesome team effort!

PRIMARY D
The junior D are really coming together well as a team. This week, Kyra had a fantastic game in the attack end. Leading well at the centre pass and passing accurately in the ring. Emma is improving heaps week to week in her first year of netball, and has been a gun in defence, getting her hands on lots of high balls. It's great to see them putting into practise the moves they're learning at training.

This Sunday is the Junior Netball Clinic with guest coach former Australian netballer Shelley O’Donnell and current Melbourne Vixens player Kathleen Knott. The clinic starts at 9:00am and concludes at 12:00pm. We have close to 100 junior netballers attending on the day which is a great outcome and we look forward to seeing all the players learning and improving their netball skills on the day.
