Its only early days, but after some strong showings this week that 'Cats are looking read for season 2010...
Under the guidance of recently appointed Head Coach Justin Johns, Tuesday nights training saw the return of senior Wildcats Aiken, Dirago and Wilson back to the fold. Aiken and Dirago had been away on work in Montreal for the past month while Wilson was returning to injury. Albeit Wilson was on the track, but it was short lived only being able to complete half the session and looks set for a return closer to round 1.
New recruits Joey Griffith, Ryan McMeeking, Aaron Mathews, Mark Furlan (Oz), Ed Debujin and ex 'Cats Huw Phillips, and Kiel Carisse all were out on the track this week as well, with the new guys showing some great promise.
With the club heading out to Mohawk Park for an outing both training sessions next week, there is definitely a buzz of hype in the air as they look forward to the pre season cup on May 1st.
