In recent news Tim Wilson, an Australian hobbit, has successfully undergone experimental lift surgery.
This lift surgery has added 3 inches to his total height giving him a lofty (for a hobbit) 4 foot 11 inch frame.
This ends the saga of Tim's journey to Canada that began 4 years ago. Tim left his round door hobbit hole to come to Canada because of the legend of Ent water in Canada. Hoping to make him a taller more successful footballer.
Reached in the hospital for comment (see picture)
"I always held the hope that Canada would give me my dreams of not having to wear phonebooks on my feet while out. I was always a good footballer but it was like having all the tools and the wrong tool box. I needed the height to complete myself. When I came to Canada I searched high and low for the ents and their magical water. Most of my searching was lower than it was higher."
After Tim realized that ents were nowhere to be found he became depressed.
"I stopped shaving, ate, drank and smoked to much. I didn't realize I had hit rock bottom until I found myself standing on a table lighting my mane of pubic hair on fire in front of a crowd"
Tim's story took a turn for the better when he found out Mac was doing experimental lift surgery which would lengthen a person's shins by up to 3 inches.
"I had to do it. No question. Now I will be the tallest of the hobbits and can literally walk around with my head held high."
Congratulations to Tim and we wish him a speedy recovery to new heights.
Tim actually had to have an emergency appendectomy last week. The club wishes him all the best in his recovery and will hopefully see him back on the training track soon!
