The Mac Warriors have returned to the Uni for Pre Season with 3 of our 8 sessions completed and some exciting new talent walking in the gates at MU. Coaches Deano, DK, Scottie and Matty promised a lot of ball work in the pre Christmas sessions and they have certainly delivered with the boys enjoying 3 good sessions averaging just under 30 players at each session. The University continues to provide the Club with some talented recruits and a couple in particular are standing out already and look to complement the 14 first grade players that have come down in the first 3 sessions from the Div 2 Premiership Team. Matty Scoular is impressed with the new players who have come down who have never played before and a few of the soccer and rugby converts could be diamonds in the rough. The Warriors have 5 sessions left before the Christmas/New Year break and are training on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6.30pm until 8pm on the Northern Oval at MU.
