Robbo is back at the Friars!!

It’s true, Robbo is back at the Friars with a bang! The Ginger Ninja has returned after some long years away and, if his Monday night training sessions are anything to go by, is showing the Friars are pumped and serious for success in 2010!!

The fine physical specimen that is Robbo fires up with Monday afternoon coffee and cakes, ready to dish out the goods at his famous Monday Night sessions. Boys and girls, he may not look like an athletic training machine.....but looks can be deceiving, so don’t take him lightly!!!

Robbo says, “I am looking forward to seeing YOU at Monday night training this week!!”
