 A late goal for UQFC levelled the score against Easts in a battle for fourth place at Heath Park.

Easts scored late in the first half after a Lauren Spreadborough volley resulted in a goalmouth scramble, which was put away by Whitney Howson.

UQFC refused to be beaten, with Di Savia driving home a strong shot in the 80th minute after a period of sustained pressure.

The result sees both teams will move on to 27 points, with UQFC leading on goal difference (19 points to 14).

UQFC will take on The Gap at Lions Stadium next Sunday, while Easts line up against Souths United at Wakerly Park.
