Jets Soar Past Wolves

Moreton Bay United delivered a pre-season statement on Tuesday with a thumping 6-0 win over Wolves FC in the Macron Cup at Dalton Park.
Jets raced to a five goal advantage at the break on the back of a brace apiece to Liam Previtera and Daniel Clark and a further strike from Sam Dickinson.
Royce Brownlie then iced the performance with Jets final goal shortly after the restart.
Jets dominated from the outset, controlling the bulk of attacking possession but didn’t make the breakthrough until triallist Previtera slotted his shot into the bottom corner on 20 minutes.
Clark doubled the advantage soon after by dispossessing Wolves in defence and delivering a composed finish on the break.
Ten minutes before the half Previtera delivered a strongly driven finish to effectively seal the win, before Dickinson turned in another for his first goal of pre-season shortly after.
Clark pounced on the stroke of half-time for his second brace of the pre-season before PlayStation® 4 NPL Queensland 2014 Golden Boot Brownlie scored in the 50th minute to complete the rout.
Jets continue their pre-season preparations with their final group match of the Macron Cup on Saturday against Football Brisbane Trophy Superstore Premier League outfit Mitchelton FC.
