Macron Cup Draw Released

The draw for the 2015 Macron Cup preseason tournament has been confirmed, pitting PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland rivals against each other ahead of the season proper.
The tournament starts at the end of January and will be played over four consecutive weekends in Redcliffe, north of Brisbane.
Defending PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland Premiers Palm Beach SC will kick off the tournament in Group A against Sunshine Coast Football community club Maroochydore FC on Saturday, January 24.
Joining the Sharks in Group A is Sunshine Coast FC, who will meet tournament hosts Peninsula Power in the competition’s opening round.
Group B features 2013 PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland clubs Olympic FC and Moreton Bay United, with the teams scheduled to meet on the second weekend of the tournament.
The winners of each group will play-off in the tournament final on Saturday, February 14, with the third place play-off serving as the curtain raiser.
In addition to the senior men’s competition, PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland junior teams will also compete in the tournament.
Brisbane City, Redlands United, Moreton Bay United, Palm Beach SC and Sunshine Coast FC will be joined by a host of community clubs in the Under 18 and Under 16 age groups in Sunday matches.
