Western Pride has rounded out their historic regular season in dominant fashion at Briggs Road after thrashing Northern Fury 8-0 on Saturday night.

Pride secured their first ever finals football for the club on the back of a Joe Duckworth riot throughout the match, who finished the 90 minutes with 5 goals and 1 assist in an encouraging performance leading into semi-final action.

Dylan Wenzel-Halls continued his late season form with a brace, which combined with Mitchell Bird’s solitary goal and Duckworth’s showing put an exclamation mark on the dangerous Pride as serious contenders in the coming weeks of their debut finals appearance.

Pride will finish either third or fourth, and must wait until Sunday night to find out their semi-final opponent.
