Brisbane Strikers have continued their recent goal-scoring form with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Redlands United at Cleveland Showgrounds on Friday night.

The first half was brought to life by a number of close chances by Redlands' Alexander Warrilow, but Strikers struck first through Jeremy Stewart following a quick counter.

Following resumption, Strikers pressed and Sam Knight scored the first of his brace with a long-range shot from 25 out. Another two quick goals ensured Strikers the victory.

The win boosts Strikers' impressive form in front of goal in the past three weeks as they keep pace with the top of the table.

They travel away to play Brisbane Roar Youth next weekend, while Redlands will hope to rebound and launch a title charge when they play Brisbane City away.
