Jets Soar Over Fury

Moreton Bay United cruised to victory on Saturday night with a 3-1 win over Northern Fury at Wolter Park.

Young gun Riley Campbell made a big impression on his PlayStation® 4 National Premier Leagues Queensland debut, scoring twice within the first thirteen minutes before drawing a penalty in the 75th.

Alex Janovsky converted from the spot to hand Jets a 3-0 lead before an own goal served as a consolation for Fury with five minutes remaining.

The result sees Jets off to a flying start with a two goal buffer as they look to improve on last season’s 7th place finish.

Fury will have to wait another week to shake of last season’s winless streak as they aim to be more competitive under new coach Paul Roncato.
