NEWS: Leisure Networks to stage Geelong Sport Development conference

THE Geelong Sport Development Conference, presented by Leisure Networks, will be returning in 2016. With over 200 delegates attending the first conference last year, Leisure Networks is expecting this year’s edition to be even bigger and better than the inaugural event.

To be held on Sunday 29th of May at the Geelong Arena in North Geelong, the Conference will be a must for all local club coaches, administrators and volunteers, with the benefits including an increased knowledge about club development, coaching and local sports.

Some of the guest speakers who will be featured at the Conference include:

  • Ray McLean, Leading Teams - High Performing Teams: On and Off the Field
  • Kris Hinck, formerly Geelong Cats High Performance - Getting the Most Out of Your Athletes and Players
  • Panels of Experts on: Club Finance, Sponsorship, Governance, Membership and MORE...

The cost for conference participant is $50, which includes catering for the day.

NOTE to all GRFC clubs: Leisure Networks will be offering a special deal to Local Government Authorities and State Sporting Organisations wishing to purchase bulk tickets (Books of 10 for the special price of $400) for a limited time.
