Notice is hereby given that the

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

of the Moss Vale & District

Basketball Association Inc.

will be held on

Wednesday, 19 April 2023

at Moss Vale Basketball Stadium at 7:30 pm

As per the Constitution, the positions of two (2) Directors elected at the 2021 Annual General Meeting are current until the 2023 Annual General Meeting. Current Directors serving as Secretary and Director.

Nominations for Directors CLOSE Friday, 24 March 2023

 In accordance with the Constitution:

• “a nominated person must have served on a sub-committee of the Association for at least six (6) months prior to their nomination”. 

• Those eligible to vote must be 18 years of age and over and have been registered with the Association no less than 60 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
