We are pleased to announce registrations for the Orange Eagles Juniors Representative teams are now open. Representative teams will compete in the Spalding Western Junior League (WJL) and the John Martin Country Tournament on the June Long Weekend in 2024.  

 

WJL typically takes the form of three rounds from the last week in Jan to April. More detail about the competition, costs and commitment will be covered at an information session on Sunday 13 Aug, the first trial session. 

 

Interested players can register in the following age brackets. 

 

U12s (Born years 2013/2014/2015)

U14s (Born years 2011/2012)

U16s (Born years 2009/2010)

U18 (Born years 2007/2008) 

 

The selection process will include 8 sessions allowing athletes to demonstrate their coachability and skills over time. Selection will be split into Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Players will be invited to continue to Phase 2 selections based on performance in Phase 1. All players will be notified by Monday 28 August.

 

There is a non-refundable cost of $20 per Phase. Payment is to be made on completion of this registration form.

Any registrations received on the day will incur a cost of $25.

 

All final team selections will be published Monday 18 September.

 

IMPORTANT

Attendance at all trial dates is expected. If you cannot attend please compete the exemption form HERE to request an exemption. Also - please email rep@odba.com.au to inform selectors of your exemption request.

Exemptions are not a guarantee to progress through the selection process. Any unexplained absence from sessions will impact team selection.

You will still need to complete and pay for Phase 1 of the trials.
