Content is based around children from school years 3 to 7, suggested for participants in our weekday and Saturday and Sunday skills classes; Spiders Academy, Skills and Holiday camp participants, and Local competition players.
Space needed:
- Area 5 metres by 5 metres (flat surface)
- Indoor area as backup if raining/wet during session
Equipment needed:
- Basketball
- Cone (or drink bottle/detergent bottle - anything simulating a cone about 30cm tall)
- No hoop required, but you can use this if you have access to one
Other:
- Mute your microphone during the session
- Warm up beforehand if needed
- Hydrate during session if needed
- Watch recorded session afterwards and practice (link will be provided for you to watch)
