Spider Skills at home workout video 3

This week's video involves scoring from different ranges, with the skills points for you to work on when completing this being:
- footwork (jump, stride stops and and pivoting)
- timing (when to stop, catch and spacing from the basket)
- balance (foot width, hip hight, toe and heel contact with the ground)
- shot preparation and
catching (moving to the pass, foot and hand positions)
- consistency (maintaining concentration and technique)
