Notice of Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on November 4th at 7.30pm via Zoom
Participants must register their interest by emailing: board@hkbaspiders.com.au cc: info@hkbaspiders.com.au to receive a meeting invite and secure link.
Nominations are open for Vice-President and Treasurer as well as two Board Directors. All are two year terms.
Nominees must be members of the HKBA for at least 12 months and must submit a resume to the Board for review on nomination. Please register your interest via the same email addresses listed above. Documents will be made available to registered participants prior to the meeting. Please be aware the meeting will be recorded
