Cara Nulty Selected in ACJBC team to play in NZ

The Australian Country Junior Basketball Cup held in Albury took place from the 13th to 18th of January. From this tournament a team is selected to travel to and play in New Zealand in April.

Mount Gambier Lakers U14 representative Cara Nulty impressed with her play at the tournament in Albury and was honoured with selection into the team that will represent Australia over in New Zealand. Cara has been improving through her Lakers commitments and more than held her own against high level competition for her Magpies SA Country side to earn a spot on the representative side.

There will be no rest for Cara who will be heading over to Bendigo for the January long weekend with her U14s Lakers side to compete in the Bendigo junior tournament.
