ON YA, DBA - Thank you letter from Greater Shepparton Basketball Association
After the recent Junior basketball tournament in Shepparton, Deaf Basetkball Australia received a wonderful letter of support from Tony Long, of Greater Shepparton Basketball Association (GSBA).
The letter was expressing GSBA's gratitude at having the Goannas, a national team, compete at the tournament which increased its profile and promoted the sport really well in the country.
Deaf Basketball Australia were only too pleased to have the Goannas compete at the tournament, which provided the team with a great opportunity to bond, especially as there were some new players in the team after the Asian Pacific Deaf Games.
