In National Reconciliation Week we are starkly reminded that racism and prejudice exist globally. No one should be oppressed or treated differently because of the colour of their skin or their socio-economic background.
The Collingwood All Stars is a diverse Club and we strive to breakdown these barriers through sport. We stand with anyone who feels angry, sad and hurt by racism locally or abroad. Racism is worldwide and we will not tolerate this behaviour in our community.
We acknowledge this issue is bigger than sport, but sport brings people from all races and economic backgrounds together, playing on a team to reach a common goal.
The goal is to shed light on racism and unjustified behaviour. That's the team we are on. Join our team.
