COVID-19 Update
Basketball Queensland has made the decision to suspend all BQ related programs, events and fixtures until further notice.
As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases rises in Queensland, we believe the decision to temporarily suspend all fixtures and events is an appropriate measure to ensure the safety of our members.
As an organisation, we believe the health and well being of our participants and members comes first.
This is not a decision that we have taken lightly, and we would like to thank everyone for their understanding and patience during this difficult time.
Please be assured that BQ will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates over the coming days.
In light of the above statement issued from Basketball Queensland on 13/03/2020 @ 4.29pm, Caloundra Basketball has cancelled the following events:
14th March Little Legends Program
14th March Super Hoopers Program
16th March Monday Night Club Competition U12 - U19’s
16th March Monday Night Senior Men’s Competition
As this is a rapidly evolving situation, we ask for your patience and understanding as we work through this period to determine the next steps. Caloundra Basketballs first and foremost concern is the health and wellbeing of our members and their families.
