WBI Referee School - Green Shirts & Beginners
Wangaratta Basketball Inc is providing a Refs Green Shirt & Beginner Course on Monday the 25th of July prior to the start of the coming season.
Adam Maher, Referees Co-ordinator, would like to see as many refs to this school as possible, from our very new Green shirts coming into the program this season to our many Greens already refereeing from past seasons, as well as any Senior Club Referees that have not reffed alot other then the games they do to fullfil their requirments for there teams.
This school will be targeted at the very basics of refereeing to give our new refs a solid ground to work up from.
We will then be looking to run mini schools through the season on Monday & Tuesday nights beginning at 4.00pm till 4.20pm prior to games. These will be to firm up things to work on during that night, this will be with the assistance of Frank Smith, more on that soon.
I am also looking to run a more senior school as a more advanced look into refereeing. Details to follow.
